kind-ness [kahynd-nis] – noun; the state or quality of being kind, indulgent, considerate, or helpful - generous, good

Showing consideration to others.  Being nice.  Saying please and thank you.  Spreading joy through a smile.  Opening a door.  Extending compliments.  Asking another, “How can I help?”  This character trait is self-less and giving in simple ways without expecting to receive anything in return.  There is a movement that produces over 2.1 million search results on Google – Random acts of kindness.  Wikipedia describes it as a selfless act performed by a person or people wishing to either assist or cheer up an individual.  If everyone could live in this state of kindness, the world would be at peace.  We cannot rely on others to make the world a better place – kindness starts with you.
