{Photo}  Its just a chair.  A little chair; in the corner of Zach’s room.  It’s not about the chair, it’s about what the chair symbolizes – growth.  It hasn’t been used in quite a while, I’m considering finding it a new home.  Yesterday at the dinner table Brent commented, “WOW, he looks so grown up, Zach.  He’s growing up so fast.”  Last night the boys slept in their new queen-sized beds – growth.  These little boys are NOT so little.  Reflecting on how they are growing and who they are becoming.  I am proud to be their mom.

{Daily KIP}  What is your “best-case” scenario for your life?  scheme, master plan; sequence of events?  Many of us live as IF we know how everything should be.  Expecting certain things to happen; manipulating others to fit into our plan.  With our finite limited knowledge of ALL the moving parts, isn’t our “best-case” simply a guess?  ”Trust God from the bottom of your heart; don’t try to figure out everything on your own.  Listen for God’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; he’s the one who will keep you on track.” Proverbs 3:5-6
